* Emergency Contact Required for each adult.
* Prior to applying, we advise groups of 3 or more non-related applicants to check with the city for non-related occupancy ordinances.
* Pets: One small dog allowed with approval. Additional refundable $900 pet deposit/ $90 monthly pet rent will be required. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
Additional deposit may be required if all the requirements above are not met, if cosigners are required, etc. If using Obligo deposit free option, the maximum coverage is 1.5x rent.
