Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $150 per month, excluding service animals. Service animals are always approved and not charged.

Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests with no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. No smoking or vaping is allowed due to fire hazards, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on availability.
