Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests with no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. No smoking or vaping is allowed due to fire hazards, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
