PET FEES & STIPULATIONS

Pet Fee/Deposit is $750, $300 of that is Refundable upon move out after inspection and no pet related damages.No dogs over 50 pounds, no dangerous breeds due to insurance.
TENANT LIABILITY INSURANCE
Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance for the duration of the Lease. This policy must provide coverage for the Tenant’s personal property, liability for any damage caused to the Premises, and liability for injury to other persons occurring in or about the Premises.

Applicant must provide bank statement showings the funds for the deposit, 1st months + reserves.
Applicant needs to have current photo identification.
Applicant's monthly household income needs to exceed 2.5 times the rent.
Applicants needs to receive positive references from all previous landlords.
Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
Applicant needs to pass a credit and background check before signing the lease.
Applicant must have adequate employment and job history.
If you have trouble meeting a requirement, there are exceptions made if you have a co-signer who qualifies.
