Good day, We are looking for 1 person to fill 1 of our rooms on bottom floor. This will help with the mortgage. Monthly rent would be $675+ Utilities (avr $40.00 approx. per month Gas and Power), and $30.00 for GFiber 1 GB internet and we throw in... YTliveTV as a bonus . We pay for water, sewer, and garbage. This on the border to the Marmalade district and close to everything downtown including Trax and Front Runner (2 blocks away). Also we are 3 blocks away from the Marmalade Branch library. The neighborhood is quiet and we have some great neighbors. I would also need security deposit of $675, lastly $675 for last months rent. There are a total of 4 of us that currently lives in the house. Also 2 Hypoallergenic cute small dogs. (They pretty much stay with us all the time).
