This apartment is near a train track, so there is some occasional noise. The property has a strict no-smoking or vaping policy with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and all overnight guests must be included in the booking. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 fine per person. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties.
