IRA is awful
My husband and I lived at Castle Heights till Jan 2021. We loved the location. Once it was sold to IRA things started going wrong. Our mail started to get stolen. The apartment above us had water leaking into our bathroom, which we reported to IRA. They came out and looked at it and said, "Wow thats bad." Then we never saw them again. We put in several more requests, called, emailed and they never fixed the leak. Which turned into a large leak and the ceiling started peeling off. They constantly... turn the water off on short notice or no notice at all. But then they raised prices on parking and rent. So with the bad management and prices raised, we decided to move. Sad management is so awful...Castle heights is an amazing historic building, right downtown.

Live here if you like your mail being stolen
This apartment has gone downhill since Bridger sold the building to IRA. It takes months for service requests to be fulfilled, and mail has been getting constantly stolen since the sale. They also enjoy shutting off the water with less than 24 hours notice. Hallways are NEVER vacuumed. And despite all this, they have raised fees by almost 100 dollars. Do not rent here.
