Goods Out Way Bads
i was really skeptical of this place, my husband and i agreed to rent without touring the apartment/without having any picture reference.But now we are nearly 6 months into our lease and we love it.
though it can be pricey for some, it is in a nice area that is close to many useful things (restaurants, gas stations, rec center/ gym/park across street, grocery stores(maceys/walmart)). it is a small complex so its quiet with no traffic. There is a pool, the buildings are freshly painted, and the... area is kept clean even with all the pets.
There are a few down sides, we are basement level so we can hear people talking outside, but thats a given. Also our upstairs neighbors are really noisy but thats also expected. they seem to split the water bill among tenants (which i disagree with) but i know many complex's do this.
overall, we love the place and are so happy with our decision. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
