Old apartments with no working laundromat

No interior or exterior upgrades have been made to these apartments. Yet, they charge similar to apartments in the neighborhood, which have been remodeled.
If you plan to rent here get a unit with a washer and dryer hookup. Their laundromat is full of broken and dented washers, and none of the dryers work. You will end up wasting your money trying to wash and dry your clothes. The management has not fixed the issues despite several complaints. They do not care about your needs.

The washers and dryers in the laundry room are owned by a third party. As soon as we are notified of a problem we contact them for the repair and within a couple of days the repairs are made. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
