Having HAVN right in the building is a massive perk for remote work, complete with Google Fiber and private meeting rooms. Beyond the workspace, SLX fosters a fun "co-living" vibe with weekly events, a stellar 24/7 gym...
(featuring squat racks and free classes), a rooftop skydeck, and a private dog park. To top it off, the management team is consistently praised for being incredibly welcoming and responsive. You'll get top-tier social amenities, an instant community, and highly walkable downtown living.

I wish we didn’t have such a high fee for the property (forced added on price for amenities). I also would like to mention that I wish we had a more organized staff that hosted more events for all. I wish we all had access to the balconies over in the private sections for studious. I wish we weren’t treated as college students living in dorms with all the mandatory apartment walks by maintenance or staff….

The maintenance team and Parker are the only consistently helpful people in the office. Parking is a mess. Management removed assigned parking, but it solved nothing—Level 1 still runs out of spaces regularly. If you live alone, it’s fine. If you live with a partner, they’ll constantly struggle to find a spot, and management has reduced the available parking outside the building even further.
Quiet hours are listed as 10 PM–9 AM, but that doesn’t matter. You can still get noise complaints in the...
middle of the day. Meanwhile, loud weekend guests never seem to get reported.
