Salt Lake Crossing

Only reason to stay here would be the maintenance crew always on time and amazing attitudes, more than willing to figure out and resolve the issue.

Excellent place to live. Very friendly staff and the overall satisfaction for me has been very high I really enjoy this place a lot.

Things were a lot more fun before GreyStar took over. A caring, full, staff and more interaction. It also seems like the default approach to any issues that come up are "free drink" tickets to the coffee shop that I don't ever use.

Major Concerns:

Appliances & Utilities: Throughout the lease, all major appliances stopped working at some point. The combined washer and dryer unit damaged my clothes, and the HVAC system functioned at around 40% capacity—when it worked at all.

Parking: I paid for a reserved parking spot at the beginning of the lease, only for management to revoke all individual spots later on while still charging residents for parking. This felt misleading and unfair.

Plumbing Issues: The shower... consistently leaked, causing water to spread into the living room—posing both a safety hazard and a risk of property damage.

Privacy: The layout of the building offers little to no privacy. Because the main hallway runs directly in front of the windows, I had to keep my blinds closed nearly 80% of the time to avoid people looking straight into my apartment.

Overall:
This property suffers from poor maintenance, inadequate communication, and questionable management decisions. I would not recommend living here unless major improvements are made. For the price, the quality of living and level of service fall far below expectations Lee mas

I recently moved into Salt Lake Crossing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the very beginning, the leasing team made the entire process smooth and easy. They are friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything you need. They even organize fun events to bring all the residents together, which is an awesome touch for my experience living here so far. The maintenance team is always working hard to keep everything in excellent shape and is always prompt in addressing... any concerns.
My apartment itself is exactly what I was looking for—hip, modern, and lots of natural light. The attention to detail in the design really made it stand out to me.
Living here honestly feels more like being at a resort, thanks to everything you get at such a reasonable price. From the rooftop hybrid pool and lounge to the spacious, state-of-the-art weight room and free fitness classes, the offerings here are second to none. There’s also an entire floor dedicated to co-working spaces, over 20 outdoor patio areas with grills and fire pits, a parking garage with a car wash, a dog park with washing stations, and so much more im forgetting... The location is safe and convienent with downtown, The Gateway, and the Delta Center just a short walk away.
I would highly recommend Salt Lake Crossing to anyone looking for a great place to live. It truly has everything you could want in apartment living! Lee mas
