Very unhelpful don’t move here
Received a call when I was 10 minutes away from the apartment complex on move in day with all of my things to verify which apartment I was wanting to move in to(this was verified 2 months ago). Upon arrival they had put me in an apartment that was not even close to the one I chose and was shown. I had the U-Haul packed and everything with my things. They were unwilling to accommodate me to find me another open apartment that was closer to what I was actually planning on moving in to and what I... was shown.

Our team did reach... out prior to your arrival to confirm unit details, and when it became clear there was a mismatch, we did our best to offer immediate solutions. This included the option to move into a larger unit as well as another available unit that was similar in layout and features to the one you were originally shown. Unfortunately, neither option met your needs, and you ultimately decided not to move forward. While we regret that we were unable to find a solution that worked for you that day, please know that our intention was to accommodate you as best as possible with the availability we had at the time.
