If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to a $15 per hour fee, with 24 hours advance notice required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
