If you have pet allergies dont move here. This place doesnt care about your health or comfort even tho they say they cater to both pet and non pet owners. Its a lie. And all there water heaters are over 10 years old so if you shower expect dry burning skin from all the toxic sediment buildup. Oh and there hallways always smell like animals. And their hot tubs have been broken all year. And they dont keep up on pool cleanliness at all. And there bbq grills are broken.

While pets are... permitted in designated areas of the community, we take concerns regarding cleanliness, odors, and resident comfort seriously and encourage residents to report specific issues so they can be investigated and addressed. We would also like to clarify that our water heaters are routinely maintained and monitored as part of our property maintenance program. We are not aware of any health or safety concerns related to water quality, but we encourage any resident experiencing a maintenance issue to contact our team so it can be promptly evaluated. Regarding the amenities mentioned, including the hot tubs, pool, and BBQ grills, we continually work to maintain and improve these areas and address repairs as needed. Resident feedback is valuable in helping us prioritize concerns and ensure our community meets the standards our residents expect. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to reach out to our management team directly so we can better understand and address your concerns.

Me gusta mucho mi apartamento, pero he tenido inconvenientes en donde por ello no he recibido ningun beneficio o recompensa, durante muchos meses la secadora no me sirvio, y tuve que hacer muchas cosas para poder secar mi ropa, tuve que ir a casas de mis amigas a lavar, me dijeron que lavara en otro apartamento desocupado, me tocaba bajar a otro piso con toda mi ropa, lavar y secar alla y luego subir con mi ropa, pagar en lavanderias comerciales para poder secar mi ropa y asi fueron muchos meses... , hasta senti que no creian que yo dijera la verdad con respecto al mal funcionamiento de la secadora. la zona de la piscina me parece un desastre, muy descuidada, las sombrillas dañadas, el jacuzzi horrible, no le invierten nada para que en verano se vea impecable y sea agradable estar en un sitio que deberia ser para momentos de relajacion en familia, para el precio que se paga por vivir aca seria lo menos que pueden hacer por sus residentes.

En general la experiencia de vivir aqui es buena, los vecinos son respetuosos, en las oficinas son muy atentos, pero haybque mejorar un poco la seguridad de los departamentos para evitar robos de paquetes por eso no dot las 5 estrellas
