The apartments are nicely built and the pricing is competitive with the area. I have lived here for several years and like where I live. My only complaints is the quality of maintenance has dropped since I first moved in. It takes days or even weeks to get basic maintenance tickets taken care of. I’ve requested that a light bulb be replaced before going out of town. I came back over a week later and the ticket was still open and incomplete despite giving permission to enter. The other residents... do not do a good job picking up after their dogs so there’s always animal waste on the sidewalks and grass.

I always recommend Novi Apartments to live. The apartments are very nice and spacious, the amenities are really nice and never crowded, maintenance is very good and the staff really nice and helpful!

It's incredible to see how they steal an Amazon package, or any other package that is not at your door, I'm outraged that even in the parking lot it's so unsafe that you report something like you found your car open and how everything checked and the only thing they say is we can't do anything, anyway with what is lost in the Mailroom they never know anything or give answers or even a solution or check cameras, I don't understand how a Greystar property is so incompetent on the security issue.... It has happened to me about 4 times and the only thing they say is you must make a report....
