An Outstanding Gem!

I needed to relocate for a new job and I've found the staff to be very helpful, warm, and caring which assures me that I made the right choice to move here after extensive research! The location is just amazing with 5 parks within 5 minutes, and another 3 within about 12-15 minutes depending on lights and traffic. A good selection of shopping venues are nearby (Richmond Highway has just about everything). Even the USPS lady is friendly and outgoing...she took a few minutes to explain a few… things to me that were very important to know. The apartments are in great condition, with mine having a particularly great view of peaceful trees. Overall I very content and happy here!

Great Place to live!!!!

I have been living at abbotts run for over a year and recently renewed the lease for another term. The community has been a great place to live. Everything from the staff to the amenities make living here relaxing and comfortable. Management is the best that I have ever encountered. The folks in the leasing office including the manager Melissa are nothing but professional and friendly. They are responsive - to emails, phone calls, and will answer all of your questions. I cant express enough how… great they are and how they make all tenants feel at home. This is truly a great place to live!

Awesome maintenance crews

My husband and I love Abbotts run! Since we've moved into this apartment last November, we have had three maintenance requests, some embarrassing (like having our shower clogged because I got too much long hair in the drain past the strainer) and some just normal, like lights, washer trouble, and a garbage disposal issue. Maintenance has dealt with them all swiftly, efficiently, and kindly, leaving with perfect results. We just wanted to express our gratitude for the people who do what is… undoubtedly a difficult job but do it with such aplomb and grace. Thank you so much, maintenance !!!

Maintenance Worth more than 5 stars alone

After Winter Storm Jonas, nothing but pride and admiration for the entire Maintenance staff. They made sure the parking lot was plowed as best as possible, were always on hand to keep the area safe from hazards and are always spot on with all Maintenance requests. Also helps to have so many helpful neighbors in the neighborhood, all willing to help each other dig out of the sloppy white mess of Jonas. It's definitely a breath of fresh air to have all of the staff, Office and Maintenance alike… , showing how much they care for the property. Will likely be staying for a while.

Abbotts Run in Alexandria

The staff and maintenance personnel are very prompt in taking care of issues. They promote community get together's with pool BBQ's , bowling nights, and activities for children. Holiday decorating is encouraged with awards given for the best displays. Being pet friendly is another perk to living here.
