The Reserve at Ballenger Creek

Louise, Ines and the Maintenance Team have been great when it comes to Property Management! The maintenance men always responded to any assistance I needed and Louise and Ines were always helpful during my entire stay! The community as well was quiet and friendly. Definitely my #1 recommendation!! Thank You All!

After 2.5 years of living here, I sadly have to change my opinion on this apartment complex. This apartment complex loves to pacify situations and not take serious incidents seriously. The apartment complex was informed back in June of a tenant's dog which had vicious characteristics (getting loose and chasing children & adults through the parking lot/buildings). The apartment complex was informed by MANY residents of this dog. Fast forward to August 5th 2018 and this same dog which was highly... reported got loose again and KILLED another tenant's dog on the apartment complex's property. It's currently August 13th and the killer dog is still living with the tenant in the apartment complex..... I am scared to death of walking outside with my 5 month old daughter because of this dog.. Being stuck inside or having to check each time before taking my daughter 15ft to the car from our door is getting old.

The office staff and apartment complex owners say "they're working on it" and "have to remove the dog legally". I'm sorry - the dog has killed another resident's dog. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED THAT DAY. PERIOD. This is very irresponsible and the apartment complex is knowingly putting each and every other resident at risk of attack by this dog. Read More

I just moved into the Reserve on Ballenger Creek and I love my apartment. It has tons of space. The rent is very reasonable. It is super easy to get to 3 major highways . I am allowed to have a grill on my first floor apartment. The leasing office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. New appliances and new granite counter tops. Amazing apartments!

This is a very convenient place to live because there are restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. There are also several bus stops close by if you use the public transportation. The design of the apartment is very nice as it allows a lot of light in. I especially love the open concept dining area with the living room. The spacious bedrooms are on each end of the apartment divided by the dining and living area. The best part is that this apartment includes washer and dryer... which are very important appliances to have. The maintenance service is great because they respond very quickly to all the complaints and repair any damages that need to be fixed. The neighborhood is nice and family-friendly. There is a pool, car wash, and two playgrounds. The rental office hosts special events for the residents every now and then which include food, games, and prizes. You know that saying "location, location, location"? Well The Reserve at Ballenger Creek is in the best location a person could ask for. Five minutes away from Westview Village Shopping Center that has movies, retail stores, restaurants and health care offices. It is less than a minute away from major highways (70, 270, 15,40). When it comes to safety, the only time you see a police car in the apartment complex is because they live there. Need something at the last minute? CVS is right next... door! Tired of corporate chain restaurants for breakfast? Their is a little bagel store called Zi Pani in the shopping plaza right across the street which is the friendliest bakery store I've ever been to. The deal breaker was for us was what the area had to offer for our cockapoo dog, Bailey. The Reserve at Ballenger Creek has a gated pet park on their land. You can take your dog off the leash and let them run around and have the time of their life. Other owners are extremely friendly and enjoy seeing other dogs and treat them like their own. If that isn't enough for you, just five minutes up the road on Ballenger Creek Pike, there is a dog park! Bailey loved every second of it and so did we! It's a gated dog park where they have three areas: one for big dogs, small dogs and an extra one when one is closed for maintenance. We never once had a problem there!

So at this point it's safe to say this location is unbeatable! Now, what about the actual apartment complex? I couldn't say enough about the leasing office and maintenance crew! They know your name and ask about your pet and work. You're treated with the utmost respect. The maintenance staff is extremely efficient and will have things done within 24 hours. They leave a copy of the request you made and keep you updated on the progress if it happens to take a day longer. The pool is extremely peaceful and has an area for whatever your needs may be. The gym could use a bit more equipment, but perfect for a late night workout. We hate to leave this amazing place but have enjoyed everything it had to offer.
