Old apartment is not worth the cost; the washer and dryer need upgrade. Parts of the ceiling that were previously worked on are not good. old laminate on florrs in kitchen and bath. also can here every step made by people living upstairs

Excellent Staff and Maintenance staff, very responsive. Gym equipment is a bit lacking. Common areas are clean and parking always available. Wall painting was done last minute prior to move in. Strong cigarette smell in carpets. Pest free.
