wonderful team and property
i had a great time living at braddock lee, if it wasn't for my relocating I would've stayed even longer. the team in the office and maintenance are wonderful and helpful and it's a great area.

avoid at all costs
I lived there for a year and absolutely hated it. Laundry costs $4/load but always still feels dirty. There wasn't a fan or an outlet in my bathroom, which left the place feeling humid and mildew-y all the time. The kitchen was more of a suggestion of a kitchen, definitely not functionally a kitchen. There were rodent problems off and on throughout the year I lived there. The door to the building never fully latched closed, despite it being "fixed" multiple times. There is a plant blocking an... outdoor light that casts shadows over a step that you will trip over, guaranteed. The office workers didn't answer the phone or return calls 95% of the time. The rent is way too high for how old and dilapidated these buildings are. I would sincerely recommend staying away.
