Thought things were improving

The new management company is beautifying the outside of the townhouses so they look great on the outside but maintenance requests have been lagging badly. I understand AC issues have to come first but three weeks to fix the dryer sensor is ridiculous. The Internet, which is an $85 tech fee and cannot be waived, sucks compared to the Verizon Fios I previously had and only paid $70 a month for.

Excellent apartments!

I highly recommend lookin into arbor grove for your new home! Not only is the area super clean and very calm, the staff here is great: the staff is super welcoming, nice, kind and they’re very good at communication with their residents. The pool is great. They have two parks and very clean parks. There is always parking available and the insides of the building entry is always clean. The trash compactor is very good on time with their schedule. The work orders are too priority and gets done in… time. No complaints.
