While the community is quiet and the apartments are spacious they come with roaches. The rent is over priced and poor customer service no one answers the phones or the emails in a timely manner. When you go to the office for an issue the manager sits there stone faced and gives the dumbest answers he can come up with, guess that’s his way of not having a direct response.
Glad I moved.

Not surprised this review keeps getting deleted. Avoid this God-forsaken place at all cost! Not only has the quality of this place gone down. But so has the safety. Too many sketchy characters hanging out late at night, graffiti sprayed on the side of a few buildings not too long ago, & the icing on the cake: Never in all my years of being here have I ever dealt with RODENTS at this complex...until late last summer. There is currently a huge mice infestation that has mice running throughout the... parking lot in midday! And a manager who simply doesn't care and just sends useless "pest control specialists" who lay down 3 traps and call it a day. We should not be dealing with rodents in this complex for all the money we have to pay at this overpriced, run-down apartment. After talking to a few other residents I can confirm it's the whole apartment too! I can hear mice running and chewing through the walls during the day and they have the nerve to drive up the price again. I'm ditching this place altogether in the new year because the manager is about as useful as an albino kangaroo.

I have lived in other parts of Alexandria but have fell in love with this area. It is a beautiful drive up the river right in to DC. The area has plenty of shopping, dining, parks, camping, fishing, churches, etc. The property is well kept and looks good including a decent sized pool. They don't have a gym but Golds Gym is right up the street. My apartment is really nice and I've had no issues with the exception of some noisy neighbors.

STAY AWAY. I URGE YOU TO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE, if you want to shower in cold water for a entire month, if you want a super small toilet, if you want your legs running into the tub because of how crooked the toilet is, if you want your property stained and not taken care of, if you want management and upper management to not care at all!!!! This is the place for you. It may look beautiful from the outside but it really is horrible from the inside

My husband and I moved months ago, but I had to come back and comment how great our experience was. We lived in a unit on one of the corner complexes and it was so quiet. The neighbors were friendly and respectful and the manager was extremely helpful. Anytime we needed a repair, he responded within a few days and took care of things for us. I will always keep this complex in mind if any family or friends are looking for a place to live. Great location for schools and shopping. Safe for family.... Thank you for a wonderful living experience!
