Horrendous management

I’ve been a resident here for about a year and can’t wait for my lease to done. The management here is horrendous and I’ve had nothing but problems, both during the move-in process and during my stay. If there was much better management, I think living here would’ve been a positive experience, but they don’t care after they get your money. Also, there are a lot of built-in fees just to get more money out of you. In hindsight, I really regret moving here and would not recommend this place to... anyone. It looks nice but that’s about it

We love this property and so should you!

Even before we moved to The Shelby the whole interaction between the property team has been stellar! More specifically the property manager Domonique has been supremely impressive with his professionalism, kindness and willingness to help us residents even in the most challenging of circumstances.We are extremely grateful to work with him as he is very personable. It’s always a pleasure to interact with him anytime we need to an issue resolved by Shelby staff. He is always very consistent and... does a great job following up with issues until they are addressed. If he ever leaves it will be hard to replace him. The staff has been very great whether it’s the cleaning staff or the maintenance team they are all exceptional. The cleaning team is very nice and they are always working really hard to keep this building looking emasculate. Also the maintenance team is very friendly, professional and quick to fix any issues. They fix things at the latest within a day if not within hours. Overall we have enjoyed our stay so much and have not regretted it one bit!
