This is located in the basement of a nice single-family home.  Available immediately, can be a 1- or 2-year lease. The unit is also flexible, as... you can rent it as a large 1-bedroom efficiency w/ 1 bath and kitchenette (microwave, counter table, hot plate and full-size refrigerator and top freezer with an automatic ice maker...or inquire about the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, complete with with family room.

The efficiency bedroom is very large, but open to the kitchenette area as it’s an efficiency. The bathroom is ensuite, it’s a very large room 20 x 26'.

OPTION 2: 2 bedroom/2 bath with family room. If you want to rent the full 2 bedrooms/2 baths, note that kitchenette would be shared space with both bedrooms, so meaning if you and other person want a place, you can have separate bedrooms, but 2nd bedroom renter may need to come into the efficiency to use the kitchenette. You can easily put a divider, or I can assist with hanging a curtain for privacy, as there is delineated space for the bedroom/bathroom, while the kitchenette is the first part as you enter the door.

With the 2-bedroom optional layout, the lovely family room (furnished room) comes with it, and features a fireplace, TV, etc. comfortable sofa, etc. Like a normal traditional nice family room. Apartment is an 8-minute drive to campus or take the bus. The 2nd bedroom/bath is off the family room, it’s small, around 8x10. Both 2nd bedroom and the 1-bedroom apartment can access the separate large fireplace family room, there is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway of the family room that could function as the 2nd bedroom bath or a guest bathroom.

PRIVATE ENTRANCE! There is a private entrance for the apartment on the side of the home (no sidewalk, but grass and pebble stone footpath). Shared: laundry room, and happy to give a laundry schedule so you have a reserved time. Just text me if you are using the laundry or need to. Otherwise, feel free to use it anytime.

There are miles of running/biking trails and plenty of parking. The house is clean and comfortable. This basement rental requires a signed lease for a full 12 months. And 1-months rent upfront as security deposit. This monthly rental fee includes utilities (washer, dryer, water, WIFI high speed, gas, and electric).
