Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking inside and parties on the property will result in a $300 fine. For security reasons, the building requires a short guest screening that must be completed before your arrival. Reservations may be canceled if this process is not completed on time. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. We provide a basic starter kit, including one towel per registered guest.
