The building requires a short guest screening for security reasons, which must be completed before your arrival. Reservations may be canceled if this process is not completed on time. The pool is not available for this season. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A Damage Waiver Fee will cover the cost of accidental damage, provided it is reported immediately during your stay. This coverage applies only to items inside the property and does not cover intentional damage, damage resulting from violations of the rental policy, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or unreported damage during your stay.
