To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, as is hosting a party on the property. Please display your parking permit at all times, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.
