As a tenant, I search for a place to feel safe, a place to call home. I have been here for several years now, and can see that the building is being well maintained. At times I hear some noises through the walls, but that's to be expected in an older building. When I'm working from home several times a week, depending on the time of year a tenant leaves and a new renovation is being done, I hear some noise, depending on the building tower the renovation is in. I have never heard noise after 6pm... and the contractors are super duper friendly and leave the area without any issues to speak of. I came to a top tier zip.code area in Arlington for my kids, and being aware that this area is fantastic and prices have gone up a lot over the past few years due to covid and inflation, i still find these newly renovated units super attractive, especially with all the utilities included. Parking is extra on site, and rumors have it that the owner is looking to redo the parking lot soonest which makes me incredibly happy. Cons: Apartment issues throughout the year, unfriendly management who acted bossy and seemed annoyed at times, rising apartment costs

Sure, its an older building with window ac, no dishwasher and shared laundry but you can't beat the price and the location is great.
