The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as this is a residential area.
