Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and access comes with a $10 daily fee. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost.
