The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking indoors may result in a fine and parties are prohibited on the property and may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. In case of damage, it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is not covered by the damage waiver fee will be charged for lost FOB/Access Cards and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
