The building is currently undergoing remodeling to enhance your future experience, and occasional daytime noise may occur. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
