Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
