The previous management especially the manager and front desk team were not very friendly or helpful. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional.

However, there is now new management in place, and the experience has improved significantly. The new manager and team are much nicer, more responsive, and professional. Communication has become clearer and more respectful, which makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

Previously, I experienced several concerns that were... not resolved at the time, including smoking issues, a missing package from the package room, and frequent billing errors that required repeated corrections. These ongoing issues made the experience frustrating, and my earlier stay was disappointing.

I lived in a second-floor apartment here for three months, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The unit had a persistent bug problem during my entire stay, even after multiple attempts to manage it. Construction on the main road outside the property has been ongoing for over a year, often blocking entrances and making it difficult to access the building. Bus stops also changed without warning. Despite this, the pricing does not reflect the inconveniences. Several packages were stolen... from outside our door, and one of my roommate’s packages even went missing from the package room. The gym is very small, poorly equipped, and not practical for regular use. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with multiple incidents of car break-ins in the parking garage while we lived there.

I’m a runner so being close to the trail is a great addition. I have a dog and going to the dog park talking with people meeting people. I really enjoy that. I just love the location of the apartments and how friendly everyone is. I also feel safer in the apartments than some other locations in Arlington..
