Just moved in last month and so far have been having a great experience. Was able to move in on short notice and everything was set up. Small issues in the apartment were very quickly resolved by the team. I look forward to the rest of my time here.

Spent 3 months without A/C in the summer. At least one elevator is always out of service, often two or more. Plumbing is poorly designed so I hear every time my neighbor runs their laundry which causes a dog to bark that I also hear. For what they charge there are many better apartments in the Ballston area.

Love Living in J-Sol! Every issue we've had in the apartment has been fixed promptly and the maintenance team has been extremely helpful. I would reccomened J-Sol to anyone.

We are subleasing and the process from the management has been very good. Although the original tenants did not leave the apt in the condition we were expecting with the help of the maintenance team and management a lot of the things were able to get fixed for the most part.

Amazing experience so far living at JSol. The apartment itself feels luxurious and clean and the amenities are top notch. Staff and residents are also friendly.
