Great Place
Me and my roomate have been living here since May and no problems. Lots of ammenities, staff take very good care of the area, if things needed fixing we put in a request and it'd be done within a reasonable amount of time and sometimes the next day. Close to good restaurants and a Giant as well as close proximity to everything else nearby. Very family friendly area as well, safe area as I see lots of people go running or walking on the sidewalks nearby day or night. If the rent was only cheaper... I'd never want to leave, will most likely try to renew my lease.

I moved into the apartment in July 2024. At the time, the previous manager offered me a rent that was significantly higher than expected—almost equivalent to a three-bedroom unit—which I now realize may have been due to my urgency in finding a place. Since moving in, I have noticed several maintenance issues: The microwave door is broken.One knob on the dryer is missing.The dishwasher has standing dirty water and emits an unpleasant odor. This issue still remains.The refrigerator does not... produce ice.The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy when turned on. The dishwasher is also not functioning properly.The washing machine is not working. I thought that these issues had been overlooked during the move-in inspection. Last October, when it was time to renew my lease, the manager at the time sent me an email asking me to confirm. He had the wrong address, and then sent me a letter saying there would be a fine. The management office don't answers any phone calls.

This has been a horrible experience no emergency line ongoing problem. Nothing like being locked out of your apartment because the lock on your door malfunctioned and no one calls you back and you have to spend your own money for a locksmith waiting to be reimbursed.

Nice remote location in Reston with low traffic and great areas for trails as well as other outdoor activities. Would recommend to any new tenants who like hidden gem areas in Virginia.
