Park Adams Apartments

Staff was very kind and great to work with, but the building is not great and management was awful to work with. When I moved in, the apartment wasn't fully ready--the kitchen cabinets didn't have all the brackets they needed to be held up and so when I started unpacking, all my glasses ended up falling out of the shelf and shattering everywhere. Some landed on my laptop and broke it. Park Adams was really unhelpful and insisted there was no proof that I didn't remove the brackets or that their... own maintenance staff didn't adequately prepare the apartment for me.

Then when I moved out, even in the face of bank statements and the lease agreement itself, the property manager insisted I only paid $100 in a security deposit. Other staff were able to resolve this issue, but the experience with Park Adams management left a really bad impression. We are new in this apartment, but already like it. Management team is very helpful and great. The apartment is nice and reasonable for its price.

You can't beat the location and staff! I can walk to anywhere I need (grocery shopping, bank, vet & groomer, etc) and the office staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff are excellent.

Highly recommend, great staff and affordable. Close to Court House metro.

Highly recommend and very close to all of the shopping, restaurants and everything else. Pricing is very affordable and the management is great.
