Apartment is nice and updated. Gym is good and the studio apartment is very spacious. Area is really nice. Right by a Target, TJMaxx, and HT. Very close to the metro too

RiverHouse Ashley seems like a great community to be apart of! All of the tenants here along with the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The move in process was a breeze and the apartment itself was up to date. Excited to use all of the amenities that are offered here.

I've enjoyed my time living at The James at RiverHouse. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are clean and well-maintained, especially the fitness center and the rooftop lounge, which has a great view. The location is extremely convenient — close to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. Overall, it's a safe, peaceful, and well-managed community, and I genuinely feel at home here.
