So far it has been good. The elevator lobby and hallways on my floor (Potomac - 15) really need attention and paint. It really brings down the look of the building.

Decent but could be more responsive and helpful. Great location and accessibility to the metro. Not good at providing updates to residents on matters that pertain to them. Upcoming construction project will destroy all the reasons I chose to live here

These apartments are excellent. The location is amazing, right next to the mall and numerous shops. And next to the Pentagon City Metro Station.
Love the view from the rooftop, and the pool is good too.

Nice to have lived here. Noise can be an issue due to thin walls and ceilings but great park outside and plaza. Affordable apartment in Arlington.

Great location, great potential but poor management. They tried to improve some areas but I'm guessing that the lack of empathy and the greedy is winning. They don't take suggestions or are dismissive, residents don't have a say on anything.
