Honestly, one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in so sad to see it go. The only thing I would say is it is a little bit pricey, between parking amenity fee and general cost of the apartment. That being said, the apartment complex itself is great. The pool is wonderful. They’ve been doing a lot better about hosting more community events and the walls are basically soundproof. I’ve never heard my neighbors.

Gym needs an update and more weight machines and less treadmills.
Pool rules are annoying and they make hosting a party uncomfortable.
Cleanliness has gone down but still better than most places.
