It's been suitable for the last few years. But maintenance has been decreasing since last year, the TV at the gym is not working, and the TV on the 16th floor, the remote control is always blocked, so you can't use it

Great experience living here. I am moving on, and out this weekend. Thanks for everything. I would only ask that you resume piping in the classical background music in the area near the gym. That was something I really enjoyed when I walked through there, a real touch of class.

Love this building! I have been living here for 3 years now and just moved into a bigger unit which ended up being less money than what we were going to pay in our apartment that we lived in for 3 years. It was a no brainer but we love the building and knew we wanted to stay.
