High expectations were met with sub-optimal results. The staff have been helpful but I showed up on my move-in date to the wrong apartment, due to a leasing agent error. The apartment I ended up with is similar design, sans the balcony, but with many cosmetic errors, including dusty floors and carpets.

The wi-fi is terrible. Hard to do work in a business center with sketchy wifi. Or try use the Apple TV s when there is no WiFi strong enough to connect to them.

One stop shop living experience. I’ve been here a little over a week and into the holiday season. Staff are attentive and nice.
Everything is so easy to access here. A major step up for me in ove quality of life. Highly recommend The Bartlett.
