Money Hungry Management
Don't expect your deposit back when you move out no matter how clean you leave it. You will pay a penalty for ANY reason you are late paying ANYTHING with them. You are responsible for the mailbox they give you no matter what it cost you. Don't let your guest park in their parking lot after 5 pm cause at 5:01 their car is gone. There goes $85 to get it back! There are so many more reasons not to live here...I'm telling you you will certainly regret it if you do!!!!

The worst management ever!
The worst apartment I have ever lived on! The management clearly does not care about the health safety of residents. In my apartment, the roof has been leaking for months! And their solution was a bucket. Please look at the pictures that I provided below. Also, after living here for a year I received a notice that they are no longer responsible for the AC. WHAT?? How is that possible that apartment maintenance is not serving ac's that they installed originally? Is that because of their age? GO... AWAY, do not stay in here.

Just horrible
Living at W&L was the worst! Bed bugs on numerous occasions. Washer and dryers that don’t work. Car towed. Constantly revolving tenants. Remodeling each apartment drove bugs into my apartment. Window AC wouldn’t cool the apartment during the summer.
Yes the grounds are nice. Big deal

Do Not Live Here!
The rent is cheap and the maintenance staff is great, but the management is terrible. I've had my car towed because my tabs were one day overdue and hadn't arrived in the mail yet. They also try to nickel and dime you on moving in and moving out.

Dont Recommend these apartments
The only good thing is it near clarendon and bus stop is close other than that its a nightmare. I gets to hot since they control the air conditioning and its just one so it doesnt maintain the apartment in a comfortable weather. Also if you open the windows sometimes it get to cold because the heaters dont work. Too much cockroaches and also when we call to fix something they never come. One thing that I lostly hate is that no Washer or Drier works. It is a waste of money we had to stay there... because of the contract but honestly dont live here.
