Riverstone I

Under staffed. Manages 3 properties and only two Maintenance people for all of them. Being under staffed equals to work orders not be fulfilled in a timely manner. I was calling for months about an on going leak in the kitchen. The entire cabinet keeps molding and has a lot of water damaged. Still isn't fix.


Make sure everything is in writing.

I don't live there however my friend does. Every time something needs to be fixed, they don't answer the phone, they answer emails only once someone has been cc'ed. Ridiculous! On one occasion my friend was having an issue with her electrical sockets. When I asked the maintenance staff to wait so I can ask which sockets were giving her and the family issues he left! (I answered the door, she was upstairs) I came back to the door opened and no one there. He never came back. Unfortunately, they… lost food and BREAST MILK because of his impatience. Once Crossroads was notified the office told her SHE WAS AT FAULT! She reported the issue. What else could she have done short of trying to fix the socket herself, something she does not have the skill set for. The bathroom leaks into the kitchen. There is mold. She calls no answer. She emails they "band aid" the issue. I guess now the family has complained "one too many times". Although I did not get the outcome I desired, Brittney was super helpful, and patient through the process. She educated me, and answered each of my questions. Upon my first interaction with the staff I was very discouraged, but after speaking with Brittney she made it all make sense for me. I was frustrated at the beginning of our call, but she was able to de-escalate my frustrations.

Crossroads townhomes is in high traffic area and loud neighborhood updates old sinks and tubs. Maintenance here is terrible.
