Everything that Glitters isn’t gold

What can I say nice hmmmm? Let me just say the entrance is the nicest part of this complex. Leasing staff is rude and will not handle issues and maintenance staff is lazy and will do the bare minimum or nothing at all! Trash, stray cats, mold, mildew, unsupervised kids, trifling adults, thin walls and you will see termix often if you planning to call this place “home”. Since I been here it’s been less sleep bc of auto break ins and car theft. Cats layout at the pool and dumpster area. No… exercising equipment has been functional since I moved here in 2018. It’s n where fr ids to play so they usually just damage property. The good news is they supposed to remodel but please make sure you check for mold and plumbing! Don’t waste your time unless you like living in a housing project

While there have been some challenges at the property, we are excited to announce that our property is currently under renovation and has been since November 2022. In… addition to our apartments getting a complete renovation, the grounds, buildings, and amenities will also be updated.

New dissatisfied tenant

I moved in mid November 2018. After signing my lease I was given the key. I went into my new apartment only to find out it was dirty! Refrigerator, sinks, tubs, freezer and toilets dirty!!! The leasing manager at that time had someone come out and clean. Since then I called about my refrigerator not working and they fix it only for it not to be working again! The tubs drips water all day and night I have called about that too! It pretty on the outside but these apartments and management… ate terrible! Take it from me I will not renew my lease 1 and done!!!

Just Moved In

I just moved in 2 days ago and so far so good. My only complaint is trash. There are not enough trash bins around the complex and because of it some tenants are to lazy to walk the distance so they just dump there trash in the middle of the parking lot. The lizards and frogs are also creepy but they don't bother you
