Pemberton Lofts

This is a nice place to live. The place is beautiful with exposed beams, super high ceilings, a gas fire pit outside in the back. Tecnically its one big room but the bedroom has a wall that doesn't extend to the ceiling and the bathroom is closed off. The 1 bedroom lofts are of good size for one person or a couple. There is a stacked washer dryer and plenty of storage. I've live in both buildings and prefer the 2nd Phase building. The buildings are attached by a common area and share a fitness... center. The fitness center is nice, not many people use it so it’s good for the few that use it often! 3 treadmills, a multipurpose weight machine, 2 stationary bikes and a few other pieces. There is a Yoga studio in the building with a bunch of classes that you can attend, even hot yoga. I haven’t tried myself but others have and enjoy it. Safety is not a concern in the area.
The walls are not very thick they aren't paper thin either, so you can hear neighbors at times but in general people do make much noise and I have not been woken up or anything like that. I would recommend living here. Maintenance is polite and respond quickly to concerns. Joie, property manager is responsive and helped me out when I needed to change apartments. Read More
