The View at Franklin

I am disappointed with the ongoing conditions at this apartment community. For several months, there have been persistent issues with pet owners not cleaning up after their pets and residents leaving trash outside their units for extended periods of time. Although the property is advertised as a smoke-free community, marijuana smoking is common and enforcement appears to be lacking. Additionally, a couple of listed amenities are misleading or inaccurate. The community advertises a car wash area... that does not exist, and key fob access is only available for the gym rather than residential buildings. Following a recent snowstorm, the parking lots were not plowed or properly treated. Only buckets of salt were placed near building entrances, leaving the parking areas and steps unsafe. Overall, these ongoing issues reflect poor maintenance, lack of enforcement of community standards, and inaccurate advertising of amenities. They are very kind to people and it’s an wonderful apartment complex

My parents needed less to take care of as they aged. We wanted a safe, comfortable, easily accessible home for them. We found it in the View at Franklin. The staff have taken an extra step in helping them with paperwork and anything else that they have needed. They were not excited to downsize, however these apartments made it so easy. The other tenants are so friendly and helpful. We feel so much relief knowing that they are happy and safe there. The staff has made themselves available for... watching over them when we cannot be near them. They are a simple phone call away and that eases our minds. It i challenging to get older, and elderly people need help with technology and new advances. We could not have asked for a better step down home for our parents.
