Great place to live and great staff

Huge shout out to Uju she made everything easy even though there was so much disorganization on our end. She made sure we had all the necessary information and even came into the office to help out she was working at another property and wanted to make sure that we were taking care of

Highly Recommend

Excellent living experience and I highly recommend Camden Fair Lakes. I met Matt on my first visit to check the place out and was impressed with his excellent customer service as well as the time that he took to answer all of my questions!

After moving in, I've reached out to Matt and others in the office when we've needed something and they have all been so helpful and responsive. I also want to give a shout out to the amazing Maintenance Team here. Anytime we've needed something they've been… here promptly, they're great at what they do and also really awesome to work with.

Awesome Management Team and Very Dog Friendly

Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and they go out of their way to help! The same can be said about the maintenance team who are also very fast to respond to service requests. This is definitely the most dog friendly place I have lived in. The property has a walking path that leads to a loop around a lake. Its great for afternoon walks! Overall I have had a great experience here and renewed my lease as a result.

Awesomeness

There should be a 10-star rating for communities such as Camden Fair Lakes. The staff and their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness is Amazing. Marcus, Torice, Uju, Susie and the maintenance staff the best.
The community is quiet and there are no issues. If you are looking for comfort, activities and a peaceful atmosphere, consider Camden Fair Lakes. You will not be disappointed.
Close to I-66, Rte 50, Fair Lakes Mall and Dulles airport just to name a few points of interest.
