I enjoy living in this apartment community. It is within a short distance of stores, restaurants, and open areas for youth. I’ve lived in the Mosaic District for seven years and truly love it.

Absolutely love this place!!! My family adores the area and I can’t wait to visit all the shops around. Leasing team was great and so helpful with everything ?? Thank you to the maintenance team for making everything ready for me!

nice facilities and good employees. It was impressive when I apply, because the process was so speedy, and it was so kind when move-in. and the location is satisfactory.

This apartment complex is well kept by the cleaning staff. They always have it in pristine condition. The people are very nice here and the staff in the leasing office are always there when you need them.

There are a few ongoing issues that have been frustrating. The TVs in my building’s clubroom haven’t worked, which makes the space less usable. The bike storage provided is far too small for the building; it’s always completely full, and there’s no space for additional bikes. Soundproofing is also a major concern; the ceilings must be very thing because I can hear every step from my upstairs neighbor, along with the bass from their sound system, which unfortunately sits right above our bedroom.... As for the unit itself, it feels pretty basic and dated. The appliances are from 2017 and there aren’t many modern touches or upgrades, so it doesn’t feel as elevated as the rent price might suggest.

On the positive side, I really appreciate many things about this apartment community. The maintenance team is excellent and quick to resolve issues. The common areas are kept very clean. Parking is a reasonable monthly fee. I love the gym and pool. Read More
