It has been a good place to live so far. The leasing office staff have been responsive, professional, and accommodating whenever questions or requests have come up. That said, some of the additional fees and charges are somewhat unclear and, at times, questionable, which prospective tenants may want to review carefully before signing.

Working with Naeema was a seamless and easy process. I called and toured the property in the same day. She showed me 3 units live and one on video. She was knowledgeable about the building (being a resident herself) and showed excitement in her role representing the property. I was able to quickly get through the paperwork process and secure my unit in less than a week!

On one of my move in days, I worked with Jennifer to assist with coordinating my furniture delivery. With her guidance... and assistance in coordinating the effort, the process was flawless and the move was a success!

Active, Safe, Family-Friendly Community (with Higher Rent). I would welcome the apartment communities to consider lower rent to seniors.

I enjoy living in this apartment community. It is within a short distance of stores, restaurants, and open areas for youth. I’ve lived in the Mosaic District for seven years and truly love it.
