Fantastic Application Process

Our experience with Jordan has been incredibly seamless from start to finish.

We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and the thoughtful care she brought to every interaction... whether it was our tour (in person and virtual), follow-up questions, or phone calls. Her communication made what could have been a complicated, out-of-state move feel completely seamless, giving us a real sense of ease and comfort as we move from Texas. Jordan was attentive, thorough, and made the entire process feel... easy and well-managed. We’ve enjoyed every step so far and are very excited to move in.

Highly Recommend Living Here!!!

I have lived at Modera Falls Church for about nine months now and fully plan on renewing my lease. This has truly been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The location is fantastic, with so many walkable restaurants, a movie theater, parks, and great workout spots nearby, which makes everyday life really convenient.

The staff here has been incredible. They go above and beyond to get to know their residents and make everyone feel welcome. One thing I really appreciate is the... monthly community events they host—it’s a great way to meet neighbors and feel like you’re part of a real community.

The amenities are also excellent. There’s a well-equipped gym along with a separate yoga room, and the entire building is consistently clean and well maintained. It’s clear the team here takes pride in the community and the experience they provide for residents.

Overall, it has been an amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community in the area.

I have only lived here one week, but so far I am enjoying it. The property is quiet and clean, and the residents are respectful. The units are beautiful, and have top tier appliances, counter tops, flooring, etc. The leasing and move in process were easy and straightforward. The leasing office went above and beyond to help me with the leasing process and they were patient answering all of my questions. Phillip specifically was very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent - very... convenient to everything and easily walkable.
