My experience, from inquiry to move-in has been a great experience. My leasing consultant, Phillip, has given exceptional assistance from beginning to move-in. Hr has answered all questions, toured the facilities with me, advised on the features of each unit I reviewed, and was courteous and professional through this entire process. I recommend if you’re interested in Modera Falls Church that you ask for him. He will take excellent care of you.
The entire staff has also been helpful including... Shai and the manager, Rashad!

Overall a good community to live in. I really like the events the staff hosts. There have been some inconveniences along the way however (fire alarm getting pulled falsely several times, wifi going down several times, etc..)
