Love living at moder falls, quiet non smoking building, clean. Coms with a lot of amenities (gym, swimming pull,working space in dor garage what in winter times come handy! community is awesome, of you need quick coffee shot Tate Bakery is right on the corner. Over all five star living.

Modera Falls Church has been amazing and all the amenities are great. The management is quick to respond and they keep us well informed about events or actions taking place in the building.

There are many reasons for the 5 stars; cleanliness, beautifully appointed, and great neighbors. The reason for more than 5 stars; The staff! Rashad, Shai, Jordan, Phillip, Jeania and Eric. All of them. And that is unusual - that so many staff could ALL be so wonderful. They treat us like family and seem to be genuinely happy to see us. They always have a smile to offer us. They go out of their way to create a lovely environment.They have made several attempts at socials to bring the neighbors... together. I have no desire to leave this place. I was a transplant and because of their professionalism mixed with kindness and friendliness made it so much easier for me.

Amazing smaller community in the heart of Falls Church, VA! Walking distance to the movies, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the metro.
