Horrible maintenance and office

They used to be good, but ever since they hired a new maintenance guy they have decline , both office and maintenance staff are incompetent , they are not worth for this much money

Dirty

Community has over grown grass, tons of trash by dumpsters, old appliances entrance to apartment dirty. Not worth it!

This property is excellent

Great location close to 95 and central park, lots of shopping, and entertainment. Pet friendly. Leasing office is always welcoming and helpful.

New management is forcing out current tenants

Ive lived here for three years and enjoyed it. It had the typical issues of an apartment complex: slow/incompetent maintenance, not enough parking, loud neighbors, but at least i could afford it. When the new management started in spring of 2022 they immediately started forcing out the current tenants by not renewing leases or by increasing rent by $800. Unacceptable. Everyone in my building is leaving because the price is too high. The new management has been wasting money on shoddy updates to… the exterior of the complex without touching or promising updates to the interior. Why should i care that you painted my front door black when it still doesnt seal properly and i can see through the door crack? There are many much more affordable places around fredericksburg.
