I have been here for at least 4/5 years and have never had a problem with staff or any neighbors. I am very comfortable here and plan to continue staying until otherwise. Thanks Timber Ridge for giving me the opportunity to live here. I love it.

ZERO STARS

Don't go with this place unless you like mice and bugs, the worst communication with the leasing office and your deposit taken. It doesnt matter what you see online they will quote you their own amount regardless of whats online. They "conveniently" lost my paperwork for my deposit return upon moving out and gave me a number to corporate that did not work. When corporate sent a check months later it was almost half of my original amount and had the nerve to place a stop on the check when I went… to deposit it. I ABSOLUTLELY DO NOT recommend. Worst experience.

A beautiful place to live

The office staff especially Mrs. Pam are excellent they helped me with everything I needed to get a beautiful place for me and my kids I love it here just moved here in Oct you can tell that the property is well taken care of the staff and maintenance are so nice and helpful. I would recommend timber ridge to anyone especially people with a family.

Don’t Waste Your Time

I gave them money to secure a unit. Due to frequent change of dates, they could NOT tell me the exact date to move in. Knowingly, i had to move out from my current place is at the end of this month (January), which has now put me in a tight situation. They had like over 2 months to get the place ready but didn’t…Also I got to be like 30 days to get my holding fee money back(smh) Don’t go there, they will waste your time and put u in a tight spot like they did to me. so thanks TIMBER RIDGE for… wasting my time.
