The Flats at Neabsco

Like every apartment complex you live in, it's what you make it. I been at the Flats for 3 years plus and I have really enjoyed my stay here. Just like any other apartments you will have your fair share of something, but again that just comes with the territory of where you live. I have never felt unsafe here, it's convenient, 95, the grocery stores and more. I love the idea that in the summertime you have so many places to walk or ride your bikes. It's a dog friendly community as well. So... please remember that just because one person has a bad experience, dosent mean that you will. We all have our different preferences, and I can truly say that the Flats is a great places to live. So while you are looking for a place to call home, the Flats of Neabsco is a great place to live. Avoid these apartments unless you like smelling like marijuana on your way to work or school. Every morning, teenagers from the high school across the street go into the stairwells (which are not secure with fob access) to smoke. And when you get 3-5 teenagers smoking, there is no way to avoid it. This is literally every morning. For the past year, myself and other residents have received the same response from management that "something will be done."

As someone who has managed apartments for... the past 15 years, this is unexcusable. Lori in the leasing office is fantastic but I know her hands are tied from Gates Hudson which is a mediocre management company at best.

This property has potential considering it's one of the nicer ones in Woodbridge and the location of 95. The turnover in the office and lack of improvements to ongoing issues shows the true lack of proper management on all levels. Read More

I’ve lived here at the Flats for 3 years now and and look forward to signing a new lease but in a different unit as I won’t need as much space anymore! The new management has been wonderful and very helpful! They are all about customer service and righting any wrongs. Maintenance responds very quickly and does everything they can to fix any issues. I love the community I’m so close to everything I need it’s truly an amazing location. I would recommend these apartments to anybody!
