Excellent Maintenance

People always bashing i do not want to bash i want to let the people that review Sommerset reviews know that the maintenance super here at Sommerset is awesome he went above a beyond a issue that i had being have with cox cable since March 23 I purchase a new tv because of cox cable. Technician had been to my apartment several times and could not find out why i could not stay connected to internet. finally a tech said there is a problem with the wiring in the wall and wanted electric guys to… come out to see what's going and rewire the cable and damage the wall. i informed maintenance about the conversation he said let him check something out he worked about two hrs. bottom line maintenance supervisor fixed the issue no damage to the wall plus cox gave me over $100 credit because i had been calling cox very very often. the maintenance is super always doing more than his job he knew i was concerned about not having internet which i do need.
