Happily renewed

I recently renewed my lease with Broadmoor, and happily so.

The entire process was seamless. The office was readily available to answer any questions I had, and assist me with some technical difficulties on my end.

In addition , the entire staff , leasing and maintenance, is always very pleasant, addresses issues that might arise in a timely fashion.

Stay as far away as possible

I tried to apply for an apartment they told me the apartment was no longer available I did not complete the application process which was extremely difficult in the time frame they wanted so they canceled my application. Then the leasing staff told me I needed to pay them another $50 and apply again which I did finally I was given to go ahead by the application process but then the leasing agent said no something was wrong even though I had an email saying I was approved, in the apartment they… had previously said was not available had strangely become available. I just don't trust these people there's something very dishonest about them.

A great impression from my visit

I was very impressed by the Broadmoor when I visited. Abby, who was very helpful and friendly, gave me a tour of the well-kept Broadway and the unit I'm interested in, which I found to be very satisfactory

Poor Communication

I generally like living at Broadmoor but they are not very good at communicating when things are going on. There is construction on one of the buildings in the complex and there was no communication about it occurring or even that the rest of the complex would be affected.

Friendly, helpful staff

So far our move in went pretty well. The staff were helpful and welcoming from our first tour to signing our lease and getting the keys. The apartment was clean and freshly painted. The location makes it easy to shop and get to work using public transportation. Check out Broadmoor for a welcoming experience.
