Very smart layout
I toured with Kaitlyn the Springhill model. The layout of the apartment is smart. A lot of storage space. The guest room has a beautiful window. I love that there's a sunroom. She was very professional. The model home looked great. The apartment prices are more than fair especially for the sq footage. The area is well maintained and it looks to be a very safe neighborhood surrounded by a lot of stores. I do wish there was a way to tour non renovated or partially renovated apartments in person... but i understand if someone still lives there, that it's not possible. The website only has the overlook video, it would be great if a video for all the apartments were available online. This apartment was definitely my #1 choice when apartment hunting but other factors made me choose my second choice instead. Definitely recommend this apartment for future residents.
