Deceptive practices. Don't believe 95% of what they say. They appear to be townhouses, but there's another party's bedroom above my living room. Stomp, stomp, stomp, loud music, lots of noise. Awful upkeep. I would rate the quality of the interior 1 of 5. Wall are bumpy, hair under the paint in many places. I was told it was professionally cleaned multiple times, but it wasn't even cleaned, not even freshly swept.

Our homes are accurately represented in our listings, and we’re transparent about the building layout. While we understand that noise... can be an issue in any shared living environment, we have policies in place to address disturbances, and we encourage all residents to report them so we can respond appropriately. Regarding the condition of the unit, all homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to move-in. If something was missed, we wish it had been brought to our attention immediately so we could have resolved it on the spot. We stand by the quality of our interiors, and many of our residents are satisfied with both the craftsmanship and cleanliness. That said, we do take all feedback seriously, and your comments have been passed along to the appropriate teams for review.
